Job SummaryYou will have the ability to conduct studies on the
impact of internal and external factors on the profitability and
processes of the transportation services program. Conduct all
activities necessary to ensure a transportation services and gas
supply operating environment that contains superior internal
controls, efficient processes, producing, informational reporting
and fully adhering to all Company policies and procedures.
Essential Functions
- Conducts ad hoc, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual
transportation services reporting including all margin and expense
analysis, productivity measurements, growth analyses and receipt &
delivery point models.
- Reviews and monitors territories of individual account managers
in order to provide timely analysis of territory profitability,
market conditions, physical gas flow reports and growth
opportunities.
- Assists in leading the review and development of business
cases, evaluations and projections related to expansion projects.
Reviews will include an income and return analysis, detail of
market conditions and the development of an informed recommendation
related to the future potential of the project.
- Assists in Managing the development, implementation, refinement
and maintenance of effective internal controls that ensure
full-compliance with all Company policies and procedures as a
continuous process, and effective "common" processes across all gas
territories to insure efficient, low-cost service.
- Interfaces with Gas Supply, Volume Administration, Customer
Billing, Regulatory/Rate departments to ensure the accurate and
timely production of all required information necessary to complete
the entire transportation services and gas supply process.
- Serves as SAP, Quorum, FileNet, SharePoint and Gas Tracking
System (GTS) skilled resource for the transportation services
department and the gas supply organization.
- Supports in leading the development of new business processes
and improvements of current business processes within the
transportation services department and the gas supply organization,
specifically receipt point and pipeline verification. Education
Description
- Requires a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance,
Accounting or a related degree from an accredited college or
university. Experience
- Requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in Gas Distribution
Operations, Gas Supply, Volume Administration, Marketing, Finance,
Rates, Regulatory or Customer Service. We want you to know Being a
