About the RoleAs a Territory Manager for Avanos Medical, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the Interventional Pain market. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the development of innovative medical devices that improve patient outcomes.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers in assigned territories
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, while protecting and growing existing market share
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans, including product launches and promotional activities
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the Interventional Pain businessRequirements
  • 3+ years of sales experience in the medical device industry, with a focus on Interventional Pain or related markets
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
