Key Responsibilities

Oversee backlog status and track loan processes.
Provide sales activity reports and other documentation as needed.
Formulate and execute sales strategies aligned with key performance indicators to enhance sales outcomes.
Collaborate with the leadership team to create sales forecasts that support overall business objectives.
Evaluate and analyze the sales pipeline, business metrics, and individual consultant activities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years' of sales experience
- 3+ years of management experience
