Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Data to lead their data
analytics team and establish a strategic data framework.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a data governance strategy to ensure data
quality and compliance
Lead the development and optimization of the company's data
warehouse and ETL processes
Build and mentor a high-performing data team while promoting a
data-driven culture
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or
a related field
Minimum ten years of experience in data & analytics, with at least
four years in management
Proven leadership experience in data strategy and governance
Expertise in data warehouse architecture and modern data management
technologies
Hands-on experience with data platforms such as Tableau and
Redshift
