Job Description:

A company is looking for a Director, Global Compensation to shape and execute a global compensation strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and administration of global compensation programs
Conduct compensation analyses and manage incentive plans
Provide expert consultation to management on compensation-related matters

Required Qualifications and Education

7+ years of compensation experience
Experience with global compensation markets, particularly in India
Bachelor's degree preferred in business or analytical studies
Exceptional analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
CCP certification preferred
