Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to develop
and deliver a scalable Sales Onboarding and Enablement program.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with leadership to evaluate and optimize sales
processes
Provide effective onboarding and ongoing training programs
Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the
Sales team
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Sales Enablement
Expertise in coaching solution selling
Strong understanding of sales content, tools, and training
Experience with content management and learning management
systems
Familiarity with Google Workspace and CRMs
