Job Description:

A company is looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker - SUD Certified.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform initial mental health diagnostic assessments and develop treatment recommendations
Create individualized treatment plans based on diagnostic criteria
Document clinical findings and participate in team consultations

Required Qualifications:

Active LCSW license in the state of Kansas
Experience with co-occurring substance use disorders
Certification or experience in therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and virtual care settings
Experience with patients with Serious Mental Illness is preferred
