Job Overview:



We are seeking dedicated caregivers to provide in-home assistance to clients, helping them maintain independence and dignity in the comfort of their own homes. Whether you have prior caregiving experience or are looking to grow in this field, we offer training and support to help you succeed.

Primary Responsibilities:

• 
  
• 
  Personal Care Support: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting as needed.
  
• 
  Companionship & Emotional Support: Engage in conversation, encourage activities, and provide a comforting presence.
  
• 
  Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals based on client preferences and dietary needs.
  
• 
  Light Housekeeping: Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe living environment, including laundry and basic tidying.
  
• 
  Mobility Assistance: Provide support with walking, transfers, and exercises as needed.
  
• 
  Medication Reminders: Ensure clients take their medications on schedule, per their care plan.
  
• 
  Observe & Report: Monitor changes in client behavior, health, or needs and report them to the care team.

  • 
    Experience: Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required - we provide training!
    
  • 
    Skills: Kind, patient, and dependable with strong communication skills.
    
  • 
    Availability: Flexible schedule, including the ability to work weekends or holidays if needed.
    
  • 
    Physical Requirements: Ability to assist with mobility and perform light housekeeping tasks.
    
  • 
    Certifications (Preferred): CNA, HHA, or relevant training is a plus but not required.
