Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join their
team.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process U.S. semi-monthly payroll for exempt and
nonexempt employees
Perform audits prior to payroll transmission and resolve
discrepancies
Support external financial audits and handle ad hoc payroll
reporting requests
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of practical payroll work experience, preferably in a
public company
Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now and NetSuite
Solid understanding of federal/state wage and hour laws related to
payroll
Experience with payroll accounting, including journal entries and
account reconciliation
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration,
or related field preferred
