Job Description:
A company is looking for a Benefits Configuration Specialist to
ensure accurate setup of health plan details for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Complete configuration of new clients, including account structure
and benefit plan design
Maintain configuration of existing clients and ensure compliance
with federal and state mandates
Audit and test configuration elements to confirm accuracy and
alignment with client intent
Required Qualifications
5 years of benefit configuration experience within a PBM or
Healthplan
Ability to process testing and interpret results
Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office applications
