A company is looking for a Membership Eligibility Data
Management Supervisor, National Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Membership Eligibility team and oversee processes
related to membership changes and eligibility validation
Research and resolve member eligibility issues while ensuring
adherence to quality measures
Facilitate team meetings and conduct root cause analysis to improve
team performance and employee satisfaction
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
Must be 18 years of age or older
2+ years of team lead or 1+ years of supervisory experience
2+ years of service experience analyzing and solving customer
problems
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
