Student status is required to be eligible for student positions.
Must be enrolled in a minimum of six hours during a long semester.
Maintain a GPA of 2.0 or higher. Limited to working no more than 20
hours per week.

Job Summary
The Resident Assistant (RA) is a student leader who assumes major
responsibilities in the Seahawk Landing student housing facility
approximately 20 hours per week. The RA helps to create and
maintain an atmosphere that fosters an environment that supports
academic success, meaningful fun and educational programming
opportunities, as well as valuable personal growth experiences.
Minimum Qualifications
The physical demands described here are representative of those
that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the
essential functions of this job. The employee is occasionally
required to walk; sit; use hands to handle or feel objects, tools,
or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop,
kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear; and taste or smell. The
employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and
occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision
abilities required by this job include close vision, distance
vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the
ability to adjust focus.
